We are looking for an experienced .NET engineer with proven leadership skills to guide our back-end team and shape the technical vision for our Marketplace. In this role, you will collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other stakeholders to plan, architect, and deliver high-performing, secure, and scalable solutions.

What You’ll Do:
  • Define and maintain coding standards, best practices, and development processes
  • Conduct code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and mentor other .NET engineers
  • Offer consultancy and help team members overcome complex technical challenges
  • Develop and improve the system architecture with a focus on microservices patterns and best practices
  • Lead technical research and prototype development to support new features and integrations
  • Work closely with the Product Owner to refine requirements, estimate efforts, and plan sprints
  • Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline build, test, and deployment processes
  • Promote best practices in version control, continuous integration, and continuous delivery
  • Advocate for application-level security best practices, ensuring data protection and secure coding standards
  • Collaborate with the QA team to ensure end-to-end quality, from unit testing to integration and performance testing

We’ll Appreciate You Having:
  • 8+ years of professional experience in .NET Core (C#) development, including hands-on work with APIs, databases, and related technologies
  • Solid understanding of distributed systems and microservices patterns (e.g., service communication, resilience, scalability)
  • Proficiency in designing schemas, writing complex queries, and optimizing database performance (SQL or NoSQL)
  • Experience implementing automated pipelines (e.g., GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar)
  • Proven track record of mentoring developers, conducting code reviews, and driving technical standards
  • Familiarity with secure coding practices and common security standards
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, payment integrations, and marketplace dynamics
  • Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or GCP)
